Return Policy: All our accessories are one-of-a-kind, hand crafted, pieces of wearable art. Many items are made to order or custom works. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction matters to us! While we do not accept returns, we are committed to your satisfaction. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic U.S. orders over $175 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $175 will be charged a $10.00 flat shipping fee, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship on federal holidays. Please note that during peak holiday periods, shipping times may vary.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING

International orders over $175 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $175 will be charged a $30.00 flat shipping fee. We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and occasionally DHL, Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship on federal holidays. Shipping times may vary during peak holiday periods. Due to OFAC regulations, we do not ship or sell products to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Sudan.
 

Additional VAT or import taxes may apply to international orders, including those that qualify for free shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local postal service for details before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate evolving international shipping regulations.
 

Order Processing & Production Time: All products are made to order in Raleigh, North Carolina and typically ship within 5–10 business days. Larger orders of 4 items or more may take up to 10–14 business days due to longer production times. Customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have a special request or need expedited shipping, please email our customer care team at info@glassiccharm.com—we’re happy to adjust our production schedule when possible.
