You’ve Chipped a Charm: This is rare, but glass charms, like any glass item, can break or shatter if mishandled. Avoid hard impacts, and if one of your glass charms chips and leaves a sharp edge we recommend not wearing to avoid potential cuts to yourself or others. 

Traveling: When you're hitting the road, roll your jewelry up like a burrito in a cloth or jewelry storage case. Never let them travel freely in your luggage or carry-on. 

Chemicals: Our glass charms are impervious when exposed to chemicals, but the freshwater pearls and 925 sterling silver aren't as tough. Keep them away from makeup, sunscreen, perfume, lotions, and other products with abrasive chemicals.

Fresh & Saltwater Approved: Feel free to shower or swim in fresh or saltwater while wearing Glassic Charm accessories. Our glass charms, pearls, and silver hold up well at the beach or lake. But definitely avoid pools and hot tubs. Chlorine = Bad.

Cleaning: To keep your 925 sterling silver toggle clasp and spacer beads shining like new, polish quarterly with the free polishing cloth included in your order. Use a toothbrush or other small cleaning brush to get into the nooks and crannies of your glass charms. Warm water and a mild dish soap or detergent work best.
