You’ve Chipped a Charm: This is rare, but glass charms, like any glass item, can break or shatter if mishandled. Avoid hard impacts, and if one of your glass charms chips and leaves a sharp edge, take a nail file to the affected area until it's smoothed. Your charm will be wearable once more!

Traveling: When you're hitting the road, roll your jewelry up like a burrito in a cloth or jewelry storage case. Never let them jingle around freely in your luggage or carry-on. They deserve a comfy journey too – Is anyone hungry?

Chemicals: Our glass charms are impervious when exposed to chemicals, but the freshwater pearls, sterling silver, and 18k gold plated sterling silver aren't as tough. Keep them away from makeup, sunscreen, perfume, lotions, and other products with abrasive chemicals.

Fresh & Saltwater Approved: Feel free to shower or swim in fresh or saltwater while wearing Glassic Charm accessories. Our glass charms, pearls, and silver hold up well at the beach or lake. But definitely avoid pools and hot tubs. Chlorine = Bad.

Cleaning: Use a toothbrush or other small cleaning brush to get into the nooks and crannies of your glass charms. Warm water and a mild dish soap or detergent work best for cleaning your items.
