Why Restring?
With regular wear, it’s natural for pieces to stretch, soften, and gradually weaken over time. How quickly this happens depends on your lifestyle and how often your piece is worn. Restringing and replacing components restores structure and strength so you can keep your piece in rotation.
 

What’s Included
Your piece will be restrung to your preferred length, with all existing 925 sterling silver findings replaced or updated (gold-plated findings and clasps are no longer offered). Chipped charms will be replaced if still available in our charm library; if not, they will be substituted with pearls to maintain the original length and spacing. Every piece receives a thorough cleaning to restore charms to their original shine and remove buildup from everyday wear.
 

How it works
Please leave detailed instruction in the "Repair Instructions" section of your order. If a piece cannot be repaired, it will be returned in its original condition. The service fee will be refunded, minus a flat-rate $10 return shipping fee. Pieces may not qualify for repair if they are missing multiple components or if more than three charms are chipped or broken. Glassic Charm reserves the right to decline any repair at its discretion.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion once your piece is received. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our Raleigh, NC studio; return shipping is covered by Glassic Charm. International orders are not eligible for this service.
